Cancellation Policy
As we are in such a remote area and have limited room availability, we may turn away business to accommodate you, so our cancellation policy is quite strict. It is not our intention to make money off of cancellations, but we do have to recoup any lost revenue. We require a deposit of $399.00 equal to the first nights rental, to confirm the booking, with full payment due four (4) days before arrival. Please note that reservations cancelled within 96 hours (four days) of arrival, forfeit the first nights rent if we have had to turn away business to accommodate you, plus we will further subtract from your total payment, the revenue amount lost for additional days where we have turned people away, before issuing any refund. Consideration will be given to flights not arriving due to weather or mechanical problems on your arrival day, but cancellation of a multi day stay due to this, will fall under the above noted policy. If we do not turn anyone else away to accommodate you, there will be a full refund less a 25% administration charge. |
